Marking Milestones: 20 Years of Unwavering Collaboration

This year, SafeCare® proudly celebrates over 20 years of collaboration with our valued customer, Miller’s Health Systems, Inc. Over the past two decades, we have navigated challenges and achieved success together. This milestone represents not only a strong partnership, but also a shared vision and commitment to excellence.  

We asked Pat Boyle, Miller’s CEO, what business was like before working with SafeCare®, “We had multiple vendors state-wide and going to one vendor allowed us to be more efficient.” 

Strength Through Partnership 

“At the heart of this long-standing relationship is a deep sense of trust and mutual respect,” exclaimed the CEO, Devon Brewer. Over the years, our teams have formed a seamless collaboration, driven by open communication and a commitment to shared goals. This trust has allowed us to consistently deliver results that exceed expectations. Pat remarked, “We knew that if we had a problem with any of our buildings your team would be there to assist our staff no matter the circumstance. Your sprinkler division has been [especially] outstanding and always available.  [Even through COVID-19], your staff was always available to assist us even though most of the buildings were not allowing visitors and vendors into the building.” 

Looking to the Future 

As we celebrate this remarkable 20-year milestone, we also look forward to the future with optimism and excitement. The past two decades have laid a solid foundation for continued collaboration, and we are eager to explore new opportunities for growth together.
